Emergency First Aid is a basic one-day (8 hour) course offering an overview of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Course covers skills needed to recognize, prevent, and respond to circulation emergencies for adults (CPR level A, C, and HCP). Other topics include airway and breathing emergencies, and prevention of disease transmission.
All courses must be booked 10 days in advance. First Aid courses require a minimum of 4 participants and a maximum of 18.
Courses can be delivered on location of your business in appropriate space. Instructor will provide all training equipment, manuals, and certificates. Certification is valid for 3 years.

Standard First Aid is a comprehensive two-day (14 hour) course offering first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training for work requirements of who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home. Course covers a variety of topics from basic (circulation and breathing emergencies, and prevention of disease transmission) to in-depth (sudden medical emergencies and injuries to head and/or spine).
